Gordon J. Siegel, MD, FACS
MD, FACS
Gordon J. Siegel, M.D., FACS, is a practicing physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and an assistant clinical professor at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He practices the full range of otolaryngology–head and neck surgery and provides comprehensive care for disorders of the ear, nose and throat. Dr. Siegel is an active educator, teaching medical students and residents both inside and outside the classroom, and is a recipient of the Joost Award, an honor determined by student evaluation. He also serves on numerous committees at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the Feinberg School of Medicine, and at the national level for the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. In addition to his clinical and academic roles, he has published articles in many medical journals and remains active in clinical research.

Shendy Ng Cen, Au.D

Shendy Ng Cen, Au.D., is a trilingual audiologist with broad experience in a variety of audiology specialties. She holds a degree in Communication Sciences and Speech Disorders from Queens College in New York City and earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Northwestern University.
With expertise in both adult and pediatric audiology, she specializes in diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and tinnitus management. Additionally, she has experience managing hearing loss associated with complex ENT-related conditions. Dr. Ng Cen takes a patient-centered approach, using evidence-based practices to deliver personalized care for diverse populations. While not currently involved in cochlear implants, she has significant experience with pre- and post-cochlear implant evaluations, as well as in referring and rehabilitating patients with cochlear implants.

Kelly Prince
Kelly Prince brings a wealth of customer service experience to us. She was born and raised in Chicago and is married with four daughters. She has a background in cancer registry, cancer clinic program management and even restaurant management. She has worked her way through the various roles needed to run a clinic, whether it is scheduling, A/P, A/R or financial counseling, she will be able to help. Kelly shows compassion for all our patients and will go out of her way to help you.
